Defrosting Apathy

Defrosting Apathy is a website and an idea created from a class project at San Jose State University that has continued on into the real world. We hope to address a growing need for change in the world by focusing on the individual’s role in the world, what we call Global Citizenship. We hope to inspire people to think about Global Citizenship and to challenge people to find new ways of approaching problems. Presently, our main project is to build relationships among students all over the world and move them toward collective action.

In the first three months of its launch, over 200 people in 19 countries have visited the site!
